Tough-01
This is the 1st phase of our high-intensity functional training circuit. Each session consists of two rounds, twelve stations, at 1-minute intervals per station. This “Tough” class has you working your tail off for 30 seconds and then a 30 second rest for recovery.
Tougher-01
This is the 2nd phase of our high-intensity functional training circuit. “Tougher” will have you blazing through the circuit as you will be working hard for 40 seconds out of every minute. Only 20 seconds for recovery means that you are quickly climbing the ladder of fitness.
Toughest-01
Phase 3 is the final stage of our functional training circuit. If you can get through the “Toughest” session, then you can get through anything because you will be taxing your system for 50 seconds out of every min. You’ll have 10 sec to catch your breathe and move on.
Pilates Bar-01
Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain. Take your mind and body to a new level with Pilates.
Yoga-01
Our class offers an intimate environment at a beginner level which makes it the perfect environment for people new to yoga. Yoga helps to develop strength, balance and flexibility through the performance of unique poses. Each pose has specific physical benefits. After an hour of movement through the poses, we finish the class with breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Deep relaxation rejuvenates the body, mind and spirit.
Yoga Lite-01
This class is a gentle form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. Focuses on breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.
Boot Camp-01
Boot Camp uses weights and/or bodybars to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment. Strengthening, resistance and cardiovascular exercises all in one. You will not find complicated choreography in this class. Boot Camp may also utilize dumbbells, tubing and jump rope. Incorporates exercises that develop both muscular and cardiovascular strength, balance, coordination and flexibility by using dumbbells and body weight. In boot camp, we use full body exercises to burn the maximum amount of calories in a short period of time. We train with high intensity and heavy dumbbells to release key hormones for fat burning and muscle building. Although it appears difficult, boot camp is for all fitness levels since you are in charge of monitoring your intensity.
Cardio Kick-01
Cardio Kick is one of the most popular forms of aerobic exercises. It is highly beneficial for the health and is a great fun to perform. It includes a variety of kicks, punches, knee strikes and self defense moves. It also aids in loosing weight at a fast pace, thereby helping you to achieve your goal of a beautiful, toned body shape.
Total Body-01
The name says it all…Be prepared to work through various exercises that will help you tone your upper and lower body and of course your core!
Ripped Abs-01
Ripped Abs is a terrific, functional workout, with an extreme emphasis on abdominal and other movements recruiting the entire core. Ripped Abs is a 50 minute abdominal class where most newcomers witness improvement in abdominal tone within weeks. Trim and sculpt your legs and glutes with different variations of lunges, squats and basic pilates. Sculpt and tone your entire body! Pilates Reformer-01
A contemporary approach to the classic Pilates exercises utilizing our state of the art Pilates Reformers.  This class is a full body workout with emphasis on pelvic and spinal alignment, development of core strength, proper breathing and improving coordination and balance.  Exercises will be performed for a full hour on the reformer using the leg and arm straps, Pilates boxes, Pilates bars and props including the Pilates ring and stability ball.  Use the resistance of your own body weight along with the added weight of the Pilates springs to challenge your muscles and transform your body.  Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned professional, this class is for you!
