My love and passion for fitness and exercise came to me during my years spent at Rowan University. From there, I was able to pursue this passion of mine and help others achieve their goals along the way. I am now a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and continue to do what I love. Fitness and exercise have been two huge parts of my day to day life, and putting in the time and effort have helped me become the person I am today. I am always searching for new ways to improve my knowledge on exercise, and this helps me better not only myself, but others as well. I strive to help any person that I work with to the utmost of my ability, and look forward to working with you and helping you achieve the goals you have been thinking about both in the gym, and out!
