My path to a career in fitness was inspired by my passion for personal growth and my own life experiences. About five years ago I began working with a personal trainer in pursuit of my fitness goals and the return on my investment was not what I imagined. I became stronger, more confident, open-minded and resilient. In return I wanted others to feel the same; Therefore, I became a certified personal trainer through the American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) and I’m currently in the process of pursuing a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
My background is in strength, agility and speed training in combination with a focus on balance, flexibility, and mobility training. I focus on teaching my clients how to achieve great overall health and wellness by staying consistent with their diet and exercise regimen. I enjoy providing my clients and members with an environment that motivates, excites and challenges them in order for them to achieve their goals.
