During the 90 minute Athletic Performance Analysis , we screen athletes in order to prescribe the proper training program. This includes , motivational interviewing to set goals (AND CRUSH THEM!) , 10 Point fitness assessment, and sample workout to get a taste of what it's like to be part of the NBD Athletics Family.
