Growing up playing sports has always been a part of my life, my mother told me to find a sport I liked and I found many. Played basketball at Rutgers University then pursued a Degree in Physical Therapy Asst at Essex County College. First instructor job was as a spinning teacher then personal training just seemed as natural progression. As a PTA I have had the opportunity to help people get back to there lives after recovering from hip and knee replacements and many other debilitating accidents. Athletic achievements seem to motivate me to keep active and to keep pushing the human body, from completing 3 70.0 Ironman to North Face 32 miles trail runs, to being a crossfit junkie, I love to workout and help other reach there goals. Nothing is more important then being ACTIVE, ACTIVE FOR LIFE.
