Brian Gerrity is the Training Manager at NBD Fitness. His education includes a B.A. in Psychology and a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute. He is also a competitive USAPL powerlifter. Brian's training style centers around a combination of conditioning and compound movements, focusing on strength building and fat loss. His schedule includes one-on-one training, as well as a multitude of SGT classes that are great for both beginner and advanced fitness levels.
