Growing up, I was never interested in health and fitness. When my health started to decrease, I realized I needed to make some drastic changes. Transforming my lifestyle made a huge positive impact for me both physically and emotionally. Learning about nutrition and the body helped me to heal my illness naturally. By training at NBD and committing to a healthier lifestyle, I have built physical strength I didn’t know was possible. I have been training for several years now, and I am truly passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
