Jennifer is a comprehensively trained Balanced Body Pilates instructor with more then 10 years of experience. She discovered Pilates after graduating from Ramapo College in 2004 and immediately fell in love with it. Her intentions were never to become a fitness instructor. But after several years at a desk job, using the power of Pilates to strengthen and revive herself every night, she knew where she was really meant to be. Jennifer is excited to share with you how you too can use Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and reenergize yourself. She truly believes adding Pilates to your weekly routine can benefit everyone!
