I've always had a love for sports and being active but it wasn't until I started working with a personal trainer that I fell in love with the process and the hard work it took to get the results I was looking for.
After completing my degree in Social Work, I was able to combine my desire to help people and my passion for fitness by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I take pride in the responsibility of my clients trusting me to help them change their lives and always continue to learn through certifications, podcasts, books, and practice.
My mentality is what I learned from years of playing ice hockey: If your last shift wasn't great and your team got scored on, you have the next one to make up for it. Forget the last, focus on the next shift.
If you haven't been happy with what you were or weren't doing- let's work on what you can do next to bring you to where you want to be.
