Meet Sean

I am an Exercise Specialist with a degree in Cardiac Rehab/ Exercise Physiology, with dual minors in Health and Nutrition. I have been in the fitness and health industry for 20+ years, working in college, corporate and commercial facilities. My clients have a variety of goals, including weight loss, post-rehab, performance, sports training, pre/postnatal, and overall general fitness. I also teach classes including: boot camp, indoor cycling, strength & conditioning, and TRX Suspension training.

My athletic background includes baseball, cycling, soccer and track. Over the last decade, my personal accomplishments include several triathlons, 3 Ironman events and multiple obstacle course races.

My passion is to help people achieve their personal fitness and health goals. I use the acronym E.M.S. (Educate, Motivate, Sweat) in the programming design for my clients and classes. Please feel free to ask me any questions if you see me. I love to help people on their journey!
